I'm not a morning person, but I wish I was. Being alert in the morning makes it easier to do a daily stand-up.
As I make this a year of personal growth, I've found this method effective to focus energy and attention on the things that matter. Funny, though, that it takes practice to form the habit, as it's easy to scatter off for the day without coming back to what you really needed to get done.
I wrote this blog post directly after I did my stand-up this morning, and I'm ready to go. Here's to a productive day.
